Shipping and Returns
We are happy to assist with a return, exchange, store credit. Returns, exchanges, store credits will only be considered within 3 days of delivery date. Customer must notify us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt if a return/exchange is desired.
All Made To Order item prices include a $50.00 Non-refundable fee, should you need to return or exchange. Allow 7 business days before shipping.
All sale merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. We will not accept order cancellations made after 3 days of purchase on sale merchandise.
Please note, we only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at full price, this excludes items purchased with a discount. In order to receive an exchange the merchandise must be returned within 3 days of delivery to you (customer) in the exact condition in which it was shipped. Any damage to item(s) that do not fit within company approved defects will not be considered for return. Approval is determined through a Customer Care Return Inspection.
Make sure to apply tracking or delivery confirmation with your return package at time of shipping.
You will receive an email from The Leg Glove customer care liaison confirming that your return is received and your exchange has been processed. If you do not wish to exchange at the time of return, you will have a store credit valid for one year.
SHIPPING- FULL PRICE USA ORDERS
Orders placed with The Leg Glove ship by USPS or UPS for ground shipping (3-5 days). Other shipping options may be available at the time of placing your order. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing domestic orders before your order ships, (unless noted otherwise on individual product page, i.e. 'Pre Order' or "Back Order', both which you should allow 14-30 days). If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE you place your order.
We do not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.
We are not able to combine multiple orders or make changes to the details of an order once it is placed online.
All BACK-ORDERS are filled within 14-21days, (unless noted otherwise on individual product page). Please contact thelegglove.com before placing your order if you are inquiring about a specific item. Some shipping times may vary.
